This bike looks to be in decent shape and running but it's 3 hrs from me and seems overpriced. Let me know what you think. I want to do a cafe build similar to what I attached.

That's around the price of what I've found for early 750s that are in good shape.  Although on that bike it has pod filters and aftermarket exhausts, bars, no chain guard and some other bits. Could have been set up well or not which makes it hard to tell from pictures alone. Looks to be decent though.

 While I don't think it's overpriced, that's a lot of money to spend for you to basically throw away a lot of good parts. Yeah, you can sell some of them off. But maybe you should look for more of a basket case since you'd be replacing a LOT of parts to build a bike similar to the one pictured.
